What is the Arts Pass?

  • The Arts Pass is designed to expand cultural opportunities and promote pride among artists by offering discounts at national and public museums, art galleries, and performance venues, as well as at various lifestyle facilities. 
  • Details on available benefits for Arts Pass holders can be found on the official Arts Pass website. 
  • The Seoul International Pride Film Festival offers a 10% discount for Arts Pass holders.  
  • After purchasing tickets online or on-site, please present your ticket and Arts Pass card at the festival information booth to receive a 1,000 KRW cashback.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All ticket purchases are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-changeable  on the day of the screening. 
  • For detailed information, please refer to the CGV Ticketing Policy on the official website.


Admission Information

  • A paper ticket or mobile ticket is required for entry.
  • Paper tickets can be printed through on-site kiosks.
  • You may enter directly with a mobile ticket (screenshots or captured images are not accepted).
  • Mobile tickets can be viewed under Reservation History after logging into the CGV website or app. 
  • Once a paper ticket has been printed, entry with a mobile ticket will not be available. 


Important Notices

  • The Seoul International Pride Film Festival strictly adheres to on-time screenings. 
  • Entry opens 10 minutes before the screening and will be restricted 10 minutes after it begins.
  • Please sit in your reserved seat; changing seats during the screening is not permitted.
  • Latecomers may not be guaranteed their reserved seats.
  • For short film sections, entry is allowed after each short film ends.
  • Admission is subject to age rating restrictions: 
    • Children under 4 years old are not permitted, even when accompanied by a guardian.
    • Viewers under 19 years old (including high school students) are not allowed to watch “19+ rated” films, regardless of ticket purchase or guardian accompaniment. (Viewers born in 2006 or earlier are eligible to enter.) 
  • Photography and video recording during screenings are strictly prohibited. Any recorded materials will be subject to deletion.  



Food and Beverage Policy 

To ensure a pleasant viewing experience, outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for items purchased at the CGV Piccadilly1958 concession stand.
