Using Mobile Tickets
Viewers can enter by presenting mobile tickets

ON-SITE PURCHASE
Tickets can be purchased at automatic ticket dispensers on the 10th and 11th floor of Cine-Libray at CGV Myeong-dong Station
*Tickets for the opening and closing ceremonies cannot be purchased
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- Tickets cannot be cancelled nor refunded after the film screens
- Tickets purchased online can be cancelled and refunded by 11:59 P.M. the day before the film screens
- Tickets purchased online cannot be cancelled nor refunded on the day the film screens
- Tickets purchased on the scene can be cancelled and refunded by 20 minutes before the film screens
*We strictly limit refunds on the day of screening in order to prevent cancelling a large purchase on the very day of screening/illegal selling of tickets/NO-SHOW. We sincerely ask for your understanding of out cancellation and refund policies.
ON TIME ENTRANCE POLICY
SIPFF requests viewers to enter before the screening starts.
Viewers can enter within the 20minutes the screening starts. In case of entering after the screening starts, viewers are not guaranteed with the seats appeared on their tickets.
PLEASE NOTE
-Viewers must present paper/mobile tickets to enter theaters.
- Entrance of theaters are limited according to viewing class. Children younger than 4-year-old cannot enter the theater even with the presence of their parents. People younger than 18-year-old cannot view R-rated films regardless of the purchase of tickets or the presence of their parents.
- No food or drink (except for the drink with the lid on) allowed in theaters for sanitation purposes.
- Pictures or video-recording are strictly prohibited during screening.
LOST-AND-FOUND
Lost-and-founds are kept at the closest CGV ticket offices or SIPFF information desk. Please visit the closest CGV ticket offices or SIPFF information desk when you lost your possessions.
RECEIPT OF INVITATION TICKETS
Invitation tickets can be received at the invitation ticket booth from Nov. 3rd (Fri) to Nov. 7th (Tue.).
EXCHANGING INVITATION TICKETS
Invitation tickets can be exchanged to entrance tickets on the day of screening of the film of your choice from 14 P.M. on Fri/Sat/Sun and 11 A.M. on Mon/Tue at the invitation ticket booth. You cannot make online/phone reservation with invitation tickets.
INVITATION TICKETS
* Only general films can be viewed with invitation tickets (no viewing of the opening/closing films)
* One person can view one film per invitation ticket
* Invitation tickets cannot be used when all the seats for invitation tickets are sold out
* Depend on situations, early sold-out films cannot be viewed with invitation tickets
* Admission may be restricted according to the ratings of the films
