Artist Pass Discount Information
- What is the Artist Pass? The Artist Pass is a benefit provided to expand cultural enjoyment opportunities for artists and to enhance their sense of pride. It offers discounts on admission fees to national and public museums, art galleries, performance venues, and various everyday spaces.
- For specific details on the benefits available to Artist Pass holders, please refer to the Artist Pass website.
- The Seoul Pride Film Festival offers a 10% discount to Artist Pass holders. After booking tickets online or offline, you can receive a cash payback of 1,000 KRW by presenting your ticket and Artist Pass at the festival’s on-site booth.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To prevent bulk cancellations close to the screening or illegal resale of tickets, same-day refunds are restricted.
- Online Cancellation Cancellations and refunds are available until 11:59 PM the day before the screening.
- On-site Cancellation Cancellations and refunds are available until 20 minutes before the screening begins.

Admission Information
- You can enter directly using a mobile ticket without a paper ticket.
- Mobile tickets can be checked on the CGV official website or app under MY CGV > Booking History.
- Captured images of mobile tickets will not be accepted for admission.
- If you print a paper ticket, you cannot use the mobile ticket for entry.
Punctual Screenings
- The Seoul International Pride Film Festival adheres to strict screening schedules.
- Admission is allowed from 10 minutes before the screening begins, and entry is restricted after 10 minutes from the start of the screening.
- Please be seated in your reserved seat. Changing seats during the screening is not allowed.
- Entry after the screening starts may result in your reserved seat not being guaranteed.
Important Notices
- You must present a physical ticket or mobile ticket for entry into the theater.
- Theater entry is restricted based on age ratings. Children under the age of 4 are not allowed to enter, even with a guardian. Minors under the age of 19 (including high school students) are not allowed to watch films rated "19 and over," regardless of whether they are accompanied by a guardian or possess a ticket.
- Photography and video recording during the screening are prohibited.
Food and Beverage Policy
To maintain a pleasant viewing environment, only food purchased at the CGV Myeongdong Station Cine Library concession stand is allowed. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Lost and Found
Lost items will be kept at the CGV ticket booth and the film festival information desk. Please visit the nearest CGV ticket booth or the festival information desk if you have lost an item.
