Tickets can be purchased at automatic ticket dispensers on the 10th and 11th floor of Cinelibrary at CGV Myeong-dong Station. *Tickets for the opening and closing ceremonies cannot be purchased
3. Cancellation and Refund
- Tickets cannot be cancelled nor refunded after the film screens
- Tickets purchased online can be cancelled and refunded by 11:59 P.M. the day before the film screens
- Tickets purchased online cannot be cancelled nor refunded on the day the film screens
- Tickets purchased on the scene can be cancelled and refunded by 20 minutes before the film screens
*We strictly limit refunds on the day of screening in order to prevent cancelling a large purchase on the very day of screening/illegal selling of tickets/NO-SHOW. We sincerely ask for your understanding of out cancellation and refund policies.
