Synopsis
Céline and Nadia await the birth of their first child, but the law offers little room for their happiness. Since Céline is not carrying the baby, she must collect testimonies and documents to be recognized as a legal parent, constantly proving she can be a “good mother.” The gaze of family and friends—and her strained bond with her absent mother—shake her. Can Céline and Nadia truly become the good mothers they long to be?
